High Court decides Sportradar not liable for use of statistics relating to UK football matches

Today the English High Court handed down judgment in the Football Dataco Limited & Othrs v Sportradar GMBH and Sportradar AG database right infringement case. The case was brought by certain English and Scottish Football Leagues and their licensees against an online sports data company, Sportradar. Read more HERE
